Renovated early 1900’s San Francisco flat by opening up a labyrinth of rooms, adding new property line windows to enjoy significant views, and changing all of the interior finishes to ease the home into the twenty first century.
Bill and Zee are clearly very experienced at what they do. They were never flustered by any of the problems that came up and always knew how to handle everything. They have really good subs, which is critical for general contractors. Importantly, they understood how to balance both the quality of work we wanted with the prices we wanted. Overall, it was a really good experience working with them.
