The challenge on this project was to take it over half-way through, rectify numerous mistakes made by the previous contractor, partner with the city building officials and the owner to overcome a myriad of problems and see this job through to a successful completion.
Bill and Zee provide quality craftsmanship, thoroughness and an aptitude for problem solving. They take a proactive approach to project management and complement each other’s skills very well. They are great at keeping the sub-contractors coordinated and on schedule and building officials updated.
