In order to add a second story to this Arts & Crafts house, we needed to strengthen the existing foundation and partially remodel the kitchen to accommodate the new stairway. Thanks to beautifully detailed plans by the Architect, flexible owners, and a lot of teamwork, the resulting home now has a master bedroom with views of Mt Tam, a master bathroom and walk-in closet.
They were wonderful. I was really nervous about the remodel but they made the whole experience so painless. Zee and Bill are trustworthy, diligent and hard working. They were also incredibly patient and flexible, responding to our changing plans.
