Get ready for the “walk through.” Once we are in the final stages, we’ll go through the whole project area with you to make sure that you are happy with the results and to identify any final details still needing attention. Known as the “punch list,” these are the final steps to completing the project.
Only when you are satisfied, and only then, will work end.
And, finally, it’s time to sit back in peace and quiet, enjoy your new home and plan when to invite your friends around to show off the results.
