By bringing Shideler Skyvara Construction on board early in the process, you will save yourself many dollars and much heartache down the track.

We recommend you brief us at the same time as your architect. (If you haven’t yet selected one, we would be happy to recommend ones whose work we know and can endorse.)

And, while an architect can draw up plans that reflect your dreams, our job is to advise you on how those dreams fit within your budget. In our nearly half century of experience we have collaborated with many architects on countless projects – a partnership that has always benefited our clients.

Once conceptual drawings are developed, we can submit an initial budget estimate. After further discussions with you, we develop a detailed budget based on finalized plans. We’re always happy to provide cost-effective suggestions to help solve budget issues – we want you to get the best project at the best price.

Bill and Zee talked us through every part of our project and helped us figure out how to make our ideas work. In some cases, they came up with more cost effective solutions. So their change orders went both ways. Sometimes noting an increase in the budget and sometimes noting a decrease.
